Through FeedHeart.com, our DBA for the medically tailored meals program, Gem Food brings nutritious, physician-designed meals to Texas Medicaid patients. A Texas Medicaid-approved provider since March 2026 — actively partnering with Community Health Choice, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and Superior HealthPlan.
